A dedicated team of specialists that includes doctors, counselors, advisors, acupuncturists, yoga instructors and support staff work together in helping patients overcome their addictions.
Successful recoveries are made possible by focusing on the client’s physical, psychological and emotional conditions and striving to help them strengthen and enforce positive behaviors, thoughts, and habits and eliminate corresponding negative, detrimental thought patterns, and practices. Learning about each patient’s situation and working on their emotional and behavioral responses is important in understanding them and aids in applying the best therapeutic techniques. A range of holistic and experiential activities are available to improve both mental and physical well-being. Each activity has been created to be as interesting and engaging as possible to build self-control, determination and good judgment. A more comprehensive list of activities is available for viewing in our sample schedule.
Inpatient residential admission is available in 30, 60 and 90-day programs. Our holistic therapies include interacting with nature (Garden Therapy, Equine Assisted Therapy), supplementing the diet (Amino Acid Therapy), mind and body harmonization (Yoga, Guided Meditation), and physical therapies (Acupuncture, Massage, and Exercise, Gong Sound Healing Therapy).
Aside from these, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) are also offered in addition to traditional talk therapy to help clients deal with their psychological issues and disorders related to their addiction.
Situated in a private estate with the serene California hills in the backdrop, the facility grants residential patients much-needed privacy in luxurious accommodations. The seclusion allows them to concentrate and focus their energies towards healing and recovery. In addition, the maximum 6 inpatient caseload enables each staff member to provide more personal, attentive care for each patient.
Our outpatient and aftercare services are crucial in preventing and managing relapses. Patients who cannot attend any of the residential programs due to work or other personal reasons may opt for our intensive outpatient services. In addition, involvement in support communities is encouraged with the presence of a network of support groups in the vicinity.
